Life: Things a Guy Should do to Make a Girl Happy

The Dream Relationship

Every girl wants that one guy that will make them happy forever and ever. Every girl wants that guy from the movies. Every girl wants that a Noah (the notebook). Someone we know will never leave us no matter what. Well; this is the real world and you can look as hard as you want but you will never find that guy. I know it sounds harsh but we need to stop living in a dream world and live with what we have now!
Don't wait around for fate to control your life because fate's a bitch most of the time so unless you're incredibly lucky, your life is not going to spam out the way you want it if you just sit around. So Carpe Diem and live your life now.
However because I am young and naive, I've come up with a list of a few things I want my boyfriend to do. You may agree with some and disagree with others but this is just what I think the "perfect boyfriend" should be like. Enjoy!

- Tell me he loves me at any point in time: I hate when guys can't tell you they love you in person, or around their friends. He needs to be able to say 'I Love You' any time
-Snuggle with me: Sounds cheesy but just having someone hold you is the best feeling in the world-Remember small details about me: I talk A LOT and if he is able to remember the smallest bits of information I tell him then it just shows that he listens.

-Stand up for me: I can take a joke, but I still want to know
that he doesn't want anything to hurt me
-Spend more time with me than his friends: I'm not saying don't ever hang with his friends but I want him to choose me over them
-Be all romantic and loved up: I love when boys do cheesy things.
-Hug me from behind
distraction:

i was expecting the guy to just keep on walking

-Send me cute good morning/ night texts: these always make my day
-Have a distinctive smell, so it can rub off onto me when they hug me
-Take silly pictures with me
-Make me sit on his lap
-Hold me by my waist
-Hold my hand in public
-Take me out with his friends to show he's not embarrassed
-Have long hugs
-Movie marathons
-Sit and watch rom-coms even if he hates them
-Let me win at things I say i'm good at even if he's better
-Push me on the swings ahah
-Go shopping with me
-Don't rush me for ANYTHING
-Send me random texts saying you're thinking about me
-Walks in the park
distraction:

why can’t i have this-Kiss me on my neck
-Plan days out
-Give me one of his Hoodies/Jumpers
-Walk me home

Okay so I could make this list go on forever, but that's what I want in a relationship. I don't care, I think it's perfect

Fashion: Winter Clothing

 Easy Winter Styles
But anyways, today after coming in from the snow, wind, rain and just the typical British weather outside, I thought I would give you some easy and achievable winter/autumn outfits and accessories for you to try. Enjoy!

Image 1 of ASOS Sequin Collar Boyfriend Jumper1. Jumper and Shirt
I think this has to be a classic winter style. Its simple but effective. Simply take a big knitted jumper and style it with a nice pale colored or denim shirt.
This style is perfect for a nice coffee date with the boyf or even just a shopping day out with the girls. It works for most places because the shirt gives the smart casual look to your outfit.
You can style the jumper with a cute pair of denim shorts, your favorite skinny jeans, or a skater skirt. Then finish it off with a pair of brogues or some Chelsea boots.

2. Roll Neck Tops
This has to be one of my favorite new trends. It keeps you super warm and it also looks great matched with anything! My favorite ones have to be the cropped vest ones. I saw this velvet one on missguided (£6) and am now in the process of ordering it. Things like this look great with a pair of disco pants for parties, or even a pair of jeans for the day.

3. Leggings Leggings Leggings

Through summer, to winter leggings work all year round. They are incredibly comfortable and look hot in pretty much anything! They are a staple product that must be in your wardrobe, so if you don't have at least 1 pair, I strongly advise you to get one, quickly.
I have recently warmed to the dog-tooth trend, and I think they look so classy and mature in legging form. It may be a bit out there for some people but for £10 (boohoo.com) they are something worth trying. Disco pants were seen on our runway in 2012, and I have recently bought a pair, and it definitely lived up to the hype. They work for a simple day look with a simple t-shirt, or for a night out with some platform heels.

4. The Fur Headband
Image 1 of ASOS Fantasy Fur Headband
(£3.50 ASOS)

Now this inst something that I would particularly wear because it wouldn't really suit me. However these look great if you're having a bad hair day, just slot it on and let your hair down. They are also a very bold fashion statement (if you can pull it off) as well as keeping your ears incredibly warm throughout the winter.

5. Cable Knit Cardigans

Every girl should have some sort of cosy knitwear in their wardrobe that they can either just lounge around in on a lazy Sunday, or wear on a day out. Either way these kind of cable knit boyfriend cardigans will be a key addition. Oversised clothing looks super cute on a any girl and it also keeps you so warm throughout the winter and autumn. Simply style it with skinny trousers, and simple tee, and some show boots to survive the autumn winds. This can easily be adapted if the weathers warmer wear some denim shorts, for £20 (boohoo.com) this is perfect.

6. Boots

This winter I have been going MAD for Chelsea boots, they are so classy and so comfortable. I was able to snag this pair (image above) in the TopShop sale for £27, still a but pricey but they were definitely worth it! Another pair of boots everyone's been rocking lately are lace up wedges, I wasn't too keen on this trend at first, but they work with everything, from nights out with a pretty dress to casual days with a pair of skinny's, so if you haven't already, invest in a good strong pair of boots for these last few winter days!

7. fur coats
Image 1 of ASOS PETITE Hood Swing Fur Coat With Pom PomsImage 4 of ASOS Contrast Collar Fur Jacket
Well I think the reason I've put this one on the list is self explanatory  However it is very hard to find a reasonably priced faux fur coat today, which is why I've picked this one out from the sale (first image) in ASOS for £30.50 which isn't too bad, because it is super cute and has a nice thick layer. But if you're looking for something a little more simple try a fur hooded jacket, they are a lot easier to find, and much cheaper!

Can a guy and a girl be friends?

Life: Girl and Guy friendships
So the question everyone always asks is can a girl and a guy be friends, I'm not here to answer that question for you all, I'm simply here to give you my opinion purely based on my experiences. It is your decision as to whether you choose to accept it or not.
Anyway here goes :)

If a girl and a guy want to be friends, there are certain rules or boundaries that they should each follow:

1. Don't constantly make physical contact with eachother. Once in a while a little arm holding or hugging is completly rational. BUT don't feel the need to touch his hair or hold her bum, hand or anything all the time. This is a big no no. Remember you're JUST friends.

2. When you text them; keep the flirting to a minimum. Unless you actually want to start a relationship with this person the please, please, please don't constantly flirt. The only time this is allowed is if you're both in the loop and you both know that you're just joking around. Or if you're both of your heads drunk.

3. Being led on is probably the worst feeling that someone can ever feel. And I know. If you lead your friend on, then you should have no right to call them your friend, because you may not see it at the time because you think it's a bit of fun but if they think you want to be serious then it is no fun at all for them. So unless you actually love this person DON'T GIVE THEM THE WRONG IDEA. Please.

If any of these rules are broken, it can cause a hell of a lot of confusion. One person will be led on, and someone will end up getting hurt. This will completely bleep up your friendship. Sooooo my advice; stick to these rules and you'll be fine!

I really do hope that these rules have helped anyone who is confused, or if you've just been able to relate to this that's just as great :)

Fashion: T-Shirt Making

Making T-shirts has to be one of the most amazing past times I could think off.
This creativity craze all started because of one of my favorite girls, Sarah (image to the right).
She's the artsy stylish one of the group, if you ever need any fashion advice, or a T-shirt printed, she's the one to ask haha!

Anyway, I first of started making t-shirts for myself, because I usually just done it for fun. Then people began to ask where I got these T-Shirts from?
This gave me an idea, I thought why do I not give these T-Shirts to my friends as presents. So I did. And they have been a great success, I would advise anyone who's stuck on birthday, anniversary or even Christmas present ideas, to try this because:

It shows how much thought you've put into the gift
Its a great gift, at a low price
Your friend has to like it, because its home made!
You can personalize it to have a special meaning
It an original idea, that not many people think of
Its so much fun to make and create

The next images are previous T-Shirts that i've made, some i've kept and others i've given:

This is probably the t-shirt I wear the most because I absolutely love the big bang theory, and this t-shirt just proves that. So many people have asked me about this t-shirt and I looked for it online, a t-shirt like this cost over £20! This is the reason why I decided to start making my own t-shirts, so that I can have the things I want without breaking the bank.
I made this one for a friend who absolutely LOVES cows, so when she saw this she was speechless. And that is the feeling that I want my friends them to feel when they open a gift I give them.

The 'i'm a ginger slut' t-shirt has to be my favorite t-shirt that I have made. It makes me laugh all the time. I made it for my ginger friend 'Amy' she took no offence towards it so its fine. I think it is things like this that work the best as presents, a joke, something that can make someone laugh and memorable. It just makes the present a lot more personal , and that's what the real meaning of a present should be.

For those of you who want to start making their own T-Shirts, it's super easy, and super cheap:

What you need:
a T-shirt
Light or dark transfer paper
an inkjet printer
iron

What you need to do:
1) Design your t-shirt on the computer, I usually do this on PowerPoint because I find this easiest to use, but any software will do (as long as you can print from it)
2) Once you have created the design, flip the image completely, so that when it prints, it prints the mirror image
3) Next, insert your light/dark transfer paper into your printer and print your design onto it
4) Depending on your design, cut it out and place it flat down onto the t-shirt
5) Iron that back of the paper for about 5 minutes
6) Leave this to cool for about 30 minutes
7) Once this has cooled, slowly peel away the paper and your design should be imprinted perfectly onto your t-shirt :) Enjoy!

Life: School Cliques

School "Cliques"

I do not know if you guys have heard of the anonymous question asking site; ask.fm, but a question that took a lot of thinking was recently asked to me: 'What is the worst thing about your school'.

Now, most of you are probably thinking that this is a very straight forward question-teachers, they can not be any worse. But this was not my answer, I decided to think this question through verrry well, until I finally came up with this:
'The fact that there's so many cliques and groups probably has to be the worst thing. When someone goes out of their group to talk to someone else, they are automatically "begging it". But its just stupid really cause we aren't in mean girls so people need to look and step into the real world and stop having their life being influenced by television and celebrities.'

I know that some of you may disagree with my opinion and think that cliques are the best things for schools, however I'm sorry- it's not!
When you're at school, you should feel comfortable with whoever you are put to sit next to in lessons, you should be able to say "hi" to everyone you walk past.
Basically I don't want to go on for too long about this topic but what I am trying to say is that school should be like your second home, you should all feel like a big happy family, not an awkward movie.

The picture I posted above is of my friends and I on one of the best days ever, and I want to take you through it. (From left to right):

Emma: Two years ago, she was part of the group they call at school "The Emo's", today she is one of the happiest and joyful people I know
Sarah: Two years ago I never even spoke to her because we were so divided today she is the girl i can trust with my life
Amy: Back then she was part of the group they call "sluts", today she is my best girl
Kaisha: Two years ago she didnt like me, today we are best friends
Me: well... Haha
Kelly: Two years ago, i'm not going to lie I would never of thought she would be my favorite today

The moral of this is that, cliques can be wrong. People change and they should be given the chance to be able to change, and a clique just doesnt do that.

2013, Fresh Start

Welcome to 2013!

New Year, New Me? Wrong. This may be another year but I'm afraid you shall all still be getting the exact same me; just improved!
Clearly I have decided to start blogging for 2013, and I hope that I have made a good decision, but if I'm truthfully honest it was this or Hollyoaks every day after school! But then that would be no different to last year, so I decided to make one change and share my life with the world.
My only aim with this blog is not to bore you all, but that would be incredibly difficult seeing as there is always something craaazy going on in my life. But that's Ingie's world I guess!
So before I truly begin blogging about what my blog will actually be about, let me answer a few questions you are probably thinking. (you're probably not thinking these, I just need to tell you anyway)

This is your answer to Question 4

What will this blog be about?
A: Hopefully, this blog will be all about life, fashion and beauty

Who are you?
A: Good question, I'm a bored teenager who has decided to start a blog.

When will you be updating you blog?
A: Well, whenever I can really, hopefully every day!

What are your goals for this year?
A: To have the perfect stomach and figure, I really need to get into shape ASAP
